Quality Standards and Awards
Investors in People Investors in People (IiP) is a national quality standard which sets best practice for improving an organisation’s performance through its people to achieve its business objectives. OBAC achieved IiP recognition in August 2001. Since then we have continued to maintain the national standard. Recognition in April 2004 and June 2007. OBAC is proud to be one of the few black minority ethnic and refugee voluntary sector organisations that have have achieved Investors in People recognition. |

Positive About Disabled People OBAC has held the award for the 'Two Ticks' accreditation for the past 10 years. The symbol was awarded by the then Employment Service now the Jobcentre Plus to employers who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments regarding the employment of disabled people.
